Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any nbage service. By accessing the platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nbage platform, including the website, all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and any related services. nbage reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. 1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and Verification
When you register an account with nbage you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. nbage may use this information to verify your identity and ensure compliance with these Terms. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:
- You must provide your real name, a valid email address, and any other information required by nbage at registration or during a subsequent KYC review.
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your details change, you must update your account without undue delay.
- nbage may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, at registration, or at any other time at its sole discretion. Accepted documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your password or grant any other person access to your account. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.
- nbage reserves the right to close or suspend any account opened with false or misleading information, or where the account holder is found to be ineligible under these Terms.
Account verification is a standard part of nbage operations and is designed to protect both the player and the platform. We ask for your cooperation in completing verification requests promptly. Delays in providing required documentation may result in temporary holds on withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on nbage are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. nbage reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
- Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the nbage deposit screen and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to successful identity verification. nbage aims to process standard withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Actual processing times may vary.
- Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Active wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Details of applicable wagering requirements are specified in the relevant bonus terms.
nbage does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Fees may however be applied by your payment provider and nbage is not responsible for any third-party charges. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, nbage reserves the right to freeze funds and withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
nbage offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated when the bonus is offered:
- Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above who have completed all required verification steps. Bonuses have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
- Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific terms for each promotion.
- nbage reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is materially changed after being credited, nbage will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected players.
- Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless nbage explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to combine bonuses in a manner not authorised by nbage may result in cancellation of all associated bonuses.
- Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, player collusion, or any practice designed to exploit promotions — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts permanently closed.
Note on Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, unless stated otherwise. Bets placed on games excluded from bonus play — as listed in the specific promotion terms — will not count toward satisfying the wagering requirement. Always read the specific bonus terms before accepting any offer on nbage.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbage platform. Any player found engaging in any of the following will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms:
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human method to interact with or place bets on the nbage platform.
- Colluding with other players through pre-arranged betting patterns or any other means, with intent to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
- Opening or operating more than one nbage account — whether using the same or different personal information — for the purpose of claiming bonuses or any other benefit multiple times.
- Attempting to deposit or withdraw through a payment method not registered in the account holder's name, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability on the nbage platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
- Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using nbage as a mechanism to move or conceal illegally obtained funds.
nbage monitors platform activity to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, nbage reserves the right to withhold winnings, reverse transactions, close accounts, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law. nbage's determination of what constitutes prohibited conduct is final.
6. Responsible Gaming
